Garage Clean & Concrete Renewal
A deep-cleaning and concrete-hardening service for homeowners who are not ready for a decorative coating but are tired of garage dust, grime and neglected bare concrete.

Concrete Renewal is not paint, a decorative coating or a topical sealer. It will not hide stains, repair cracks or make damaged concrete look new. It is designed to deeply clean suitable bare concrete and help reduce surface dusting.
The garage floor must be cleared before arrival. Junk removal and hauling are not included.

Four steps. No shortcuts.
Inspect and Prepare
We check the concrete for old coatings, sealers, contamination, cracks, weak surface material and signs of excess moisture. Grease and contamination are treated before grinding when needed.
Diamond Grind and Repair
The floor is mechanically diamond-ground to remove weak surface material and create the profile required for coating adhesion. Agreed cracks, pits and damaged areas are then prepared and repaired.
Coat and Broadcast
The base coat selected for the slab is installed, followed by a full broadcast of Simiron decorative chip while the coating is wet.
Scrape, Vacuum and Protect
Loose chip is removed, the floor is scraped and vacuumed, and a clear Simiron Polyaspartic HS topcoat is applied.
A separate moisture-mitigation product is used only when testing, slab conditions and product specifications call for it. More layers are not automatically better—the correct system matters.
Walking, storage and vehicle-return times depend on the installed system, temperature and job conditions. Each customer receives written cure instructions.

Moisture testing and mitigation options are considered separately. A moisture-vapor barrier is not automatically installed on every floor.

He also spent years as a manager at Graves Piano & Organ Company, a central Ohio family business of 65 years. That standard for craftsmanship and straight answers is how he runs every garage floor project today.

A damp mop is the whole routine.
A finished floor is sealed and non-porous. Dirt stays on top of the coating rather than working into the slab, so a few minutes of cleaning returns the floor to the way it looked on install day.
Damp mop, nothing more
A damp mop with warm water and a mild cleaner removes dust, salt and tire dirt. No waxing, no sealing, no annual re-coating.
Spills wipe up
The polyaspartic topcoat is non-porous, so oil, brake fluid and road salt sit on the surface instead of soaking into the concrete.
Sweep or blow out as needed
For loose debris, a broom or leaf blower is enough. A hose or pressure washer is fine when the floor needs a deeper rinse.
